I don’t usually put much stock in all the polished shipping updates companies like to show, but this one was accurate. The tracking worked well enough and the updates matched what was actually happening.

I had a little mix-up with my Saucey order where the driver couldn’t find my spot, and for some reason the app wasn’t really updating either. Kind of annoying, but not a huge disaster. I reached out to support, and they replied faster than I expected, which was nice because I was already checking the app every two seconds.
They were friendly about it and didn’t make me feel like I was being a pain. There was a bit of back and forth, so it wasn’t totally seamless, but they got it handled and my order situation was fixed. Also, random side note, I appreciate when support doesn’t sound like a robot. Overall, happy with it and I’d use Saucey again

I had to cancel my Saucey order it wasn’t a big deal at all. The app made the cancel option easy to find, and when I had a quick question, support got back to me fast. The refund took about as long as I expected too. Just glad it didn’t turn into some huge Headache.

I ordered from Saucey the packaging was solid. The bottles were packed securely, nothing leaked, no broken caps, and the box wasn’t all smashed up or anything. I was a little nervous since it was being delivered... but everything showed up looking totally fine. Easy order, good packaging, no complaints from me.

I was hoping this would be available in more areas, but the coverage is limited right now. I also never got any follow-up after checking into it, which was frustrating. Would’ve been nice to at least get an update or some kind of response

I scheduled my delivery ahead of time thinking it would make things smoother, and for the most part it was okay. One of the deliveries did show up late though, which threw off my plans a bit. I wouldn’t say it was a major issue, but from my perspective, the whole point of booking ahead is to avoid that kind of hassle. Not a bad experience overall, just a little frustrating.

The service has been good whenever I’ve ordered, no real complaints there. It’s just that a lot of the time the stuff I’m looking for is out of stock, or maybe I just check at the wrong times, I don’t know. When they have what you need, it’s totally fine, but the availability is a bit hit or miss

I was expecting the promo code to fail or pull some random checkout error, but it went through fine the first time. Kind of surprised, but no complaints.

But with Saucey, the stuff I selected was actually in stock and arrived exactly right. I’ve had bad luck with other apps swapping things out, so I guess I’m pleasantly surprised here. Hard to complain when it works like it’s supposed to. 5 stars

My order got messed up, which was frustrating for me. I did end up getting my refund, but it took a few days longer than I would’ve liked, and support felt a bit slow when I was trying to get answers.

The age check was way easier than I expected. It verified me in just a few seconds, no weird extra steps or hassle. I was literally standing in my kitchen with coffee brewing, and it was done before I even had to think about it.

I just wanted my drinks to show up right and they did. Nothing was missing, no random swaps, even the mixers were the ones I picked. Delivery was quick too. It was a simple order but still... nice when it actually comes exactly how you clicked it

I used Saucey and the payment process was straightforward. My card went through without any problems, but the confirmation took a little longer than I expected, maybe about a minute or so. To be fair, it wasn’t a huge issue, and everything showed up correctly on my statement afterward. I’d give it 4 stars because it worked fine overall, just wasn’t as quick as I thought it would be

Prices have been reasonable for me overall. Not always the absolute cheapest, but nothing that feels outrageous either. I do appreciate being able to see the total before checking out, especially when I’m already feeling mentally drained and don’t want to do math in my head.

The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the delivery and service fees can add up quicker than expected, especially on smaller orders. I’ve still used it a few times though, and for the most part it felt fair enough.
